My enthusiasm for art revolves around my desire to spread joy through painting.  I’m the happiest when I see a collector make a solid connection to one of my art pieces, and it finds its forever home, passing on that same satisfaction I received while creating it.  As an artist-owner of Arts a Daisy Gallery LLC in Houston, Texas, I specialize in large acrylic paintings and paintings incorporating recycled materials. My eclectic taste in art is displayed in various artistic styles while remaining a nonconformist.

 Futuristically speaking, I will continue strengthening my abilities, growing in creativity, and passing joy through my paintings on to others, creating until I am unable. I hope to keep inspiring others through my art and that all of my art pieces find new places to hang where they can continue to provide happiness long after I’m gone.

​Ruby R Scott is a Houston-based artist located in the Sawyer Yards Silos Building, Suite 114, within the
largest arts district in the nation.
She is a member of the VAA (Visual Arts Alliance), WiVLA (Women in Visual and Literary Arts), HVAN
(Houston Visual Artist Network), and (The Coeur d’Alene Arts & Culture Alliance).
Her works have been exhibited at The Atrium Center, Art on the Avenue, Spring Street Studios, Sabine
Street Studios, Silos Studios, Archway Gallery, Sean Anthony’s, Sugar Creek Country Club, The Houston
Club, and The Sawyer House.
Ruby’s artworks are intentionally painted to connect the viewer with the eclectic nature of her art. She
paints original pieces that display a unique and vast array of imagery, appealing to many audiences.
